Leading the way.
As a company, the goal of Enterprise was never to be the biggest – only the best. However, because our people offer the best customer experience, we’ve done some growing. Today we’re the #1 car rental company in the world. And there’s no plan to slow down.
Starting in neighborhoods.
Since our founding, we’ve marketed to repair shops and insurance companies to help customers whose cars have been damaged or stolen. We expanded this local service to other markets, and we continue to build on this base of business – car rentals conveniently located right where customers live and work.
In Canada, Germany and beyond.
In 1993, Enterprise opened a branch in Canada. Today, we have more than 400 locations in Canada and more than 550 locations in the U.K., Ireland and Germany. We continue to expand globally knowing that our business model of superior personalized service and a highly empowered employee base translates to success in any language.
Now in airports.
We started at the Denver airport in 1995 and this part of our business has grown steadily since. We saw a need in this market for our high level of customer service – and so did our customers. Since that first office opened, Enterprise’s airport presence has grown to more than 240 on-site airport locations.
More than just renting cars.
Enterprise continues to find success in other business areas as well. Our affiliated Fleet Management business, and our Commercial Truck and Car Sales businesses continue to grow and expand. These revenue streams give us the opportunity to diversify our business and, in turn, offer you more career opportunities.
Technology makes us GO.
How committed is Enterprise to technology? Every year, we invest in our technology infrastructure to remain on the leading edge. We’ll put this technology in your hands so you can make our customer experience the absolute best it can be. We have been recognized by CIO Magazine for outstanding work in technology.
