Management Trainees

You’ll start off earning a competitive, entry-level income. Once you make the move to assistant manager and beyond, you’ll receive a base salary, as well as a percentage of the profits.

Branch Managers

All employees, from assistant manager up, receive a base salary as well as a percentage of the profits generated by their own location. As a branch manager, you’ll earn a highly competitive salary that will increase with each promotion and is dependent upon the success of the business you’re running.
