2. What are the requirements?
You should be interested in a management and sales environment, and should have strong leadership abilities and multi-tasking skills. We prefer that you have a college degree. 3. How long does it take to move up?
Once you begin as a Management Trainee, thanks to our performance-based promotions philosophy, it’s all about you. If you have a solid customer service attitude, self-motivation and the ability to think on your feet, how far and how quickly you GO is really up to you. 5. Where are you located and how does relocation work?
Enterprise has more than 6,000 branch locations in the U.S, Canada, the U.K., Ireland and Germany. Our network of neighborhood locations gives you the opportunity to work almost anywhere in the country. At Enterprise, relocation is never mandatory or company mandated. 6. Do you hire for any positions other than Management Trainee?
Yes. Although the vast majority of our employees start out in the Management Training Program, we do have opportunities for IT professionals (St. Louis only), Accounting/Finance, Contact Center and administrative and part-time positions.
7. What is the hiring process? How long until I hear?
