A. Consistently surprising—I was nervous about working at a “rental car company”, but I have been continually impressed!!! This is an experience like nothing that I could have expected, planned, or hoped for. My enthusiasm for my career has led to referring several of my friends to change their career to Enterprise.

A. The biggest thing you need is energy! If you are energetic and enthusiastic about what you are doing/learning/teaching, you can find your way through any challenges you may face.
