Health
Medical. We value your health by providing access to quality health care (supplements provincial health plan) at a reasonable cost through Manulife Financial.
Dental. The Enterprise dental plan is designed to help pay for professional dental care for you and your family.
Prescription Drugs. Enterprise is committed to helping its employees obtain prescription drugs at a reasonable cost through co-pays and Pay Direct Drug card.
Financial Security
Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP). The Enterprise Rent-A-Car RRSP provides all full-time and part-time employees with an easy way to save for their retirement. When you save in the Plan, you do not pay taxes on your savings until you take them out of the account. This means you can reduce your taxes today and your account can grow tax-free to provide a significant retirement benefit.
Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP). Over the past several decades, Enterprise has been very successful thanks to the dedication and talent of its employees. In 1974, we started a Profit Sharing Plan to allow our employees an even greater opportunity to share in our success. The primary purpose of this plan is to help you build retirement income. Participation in the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company Deferred Profit Sharing Plan is automatic and employees are not required or permitted to contribute personal funds to the plan.
Life Insurance/Accidental Death & Dismemberment. Enterprise provides, at no cost to you, life insurance coverage equal to 2 times your annual pay to age 70. Your life insurance coverage from Enterprise will help provide security to your family or other beneficiary if you should die while working for the company. Additionally, the Accidental Death & Dismemberment benefit will double the Life Insurance benefit if death is caused by an accident. Employees may also elect, as a voluntary program through payroll deduction, to purchase supplemental life insurance for themselves or coverage for their spouse or children.
Long Term Disability. Long-term disability (LTD) coverage is designed to provide a portion of your income if you are disabled and can no longer work. Enterprise pays the full cost of this benefit by paying premiums to the insurance provider. If approved, LTD benefits begin after 90 days of disability and you receive 66.7% of your monthly pre-disability pay.
Top Up Benefits. Enterprise provides supplemental income for qualified employees who must take time off for medical reasons for up to 90 days.
